Building a Team

This is the card that I was given at Team Training earlier this month by Natalie (effectively my grand-upline, as she’s Cate’s upline!). It was to say well done for getting my first SU recruit. I promoted to the next level of demonstrator as my sales were high enough, and I managed to do that before the end of Sale.A.Bration, so both my new recruit and I earned a free stamp set!

I’m not doing this in order to build a big team, but I’m not going to turn down anyone who shows an interest in becoming a demonstrator! And the extra-exciting part of it all is that I now “own” the first demonstrator in Cardiff! Which is very cool. Here’s hoping that she’s able to build a strong customer base round there, and fulfill all of Cardiff’s Stampin’ Up requirements and wishes!

See my post about my first workshops here – you might just spot Luan, my new downline! Welcome to SU 🙂

About Katie

Katie has been crafting for most of her life, but has been an Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator since April 2010. Her favourite techniques are rubber stamping, heat embossing and 3D decoupage, mainly applied in card making, but she's also an avid memory keeper! She loves the pocket scrapbooking style as it is quick and easy, and makes memory keeping much more achievable for her than the "traditional" option. She would love to share this with you if you are intrigued!
