Wow, it’s a late post today. I hope it was worth the wait:
The main features of this Project Life card are the camera cutouts from the On Film thinlits dies. They are called thinlits in this case, not framelits, because they cut *and* emboss. Originally this image was marked as coordinating with the camera stamp in the Peachy Keen stamp set from the Spring-Summer seasonal catalogue, but this wasn’t quite the case. So don’t panic if you have both parts of the equation, and they don’t fit together!
The letters are from the gorgeous Epic Alphabet, and I’m not sure if you have noticed, but starting this year all of our alphabet stamps are in photopolymer, which makes for super simple lining-up of all your words where you use the letters! Genius 🙂
The stamped stars are from the Project Life Point & Click stamp set, and the silver stars are punched using the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. I love these cute guys! The cute arrow stamp is also in the Point & Click set. And did you notice the washi tape on the left of the card?
I will admit, I didn’t make this card – it was on the samples board at Convention, but I will definitely be making a card at least very similar to this when I get a chance to craft again. This week is mega busy, but I am hoping to get some crafty time if not tomorrow, then at some point over the weekend! Even if it is only after the twins are in bed. I have a ton of ideas from Convention, as I said, and I am really looking forward to getting stuck into some of them. I found a great idea online today using the White Christmas photopolymer set which is adorable, and such a great set for making simple yet striking Christmas cards. I cannot wait to get going with that set. But for tonight I have to focus on getting my photos edited for use in my Project Life album, as I have a photo print offer that runs out tomorrow so I need to get those ordered really soon!
Have a great weekend, and I plan to be back with more projects and inspiration for you on Tuesday.
