Yes, folks, for one day only, Becky Higgins is offering the Project Life App for apple devices for FREE!! So if you were wondering about getting it, then TODAY is the day!
(The Project Life app is currently in the coding stage for android, but the process is apparently a million times more complicated, so for now the Project Life App is limited to Apple users. Sorry!)
The great thing is that there are a few of the Stampin’ Up! card kits available within the Project Life app, and they are only about £1.50 per set! Sadly, as a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, I don’t get a cut of the purchase price for the app kits like I do if you purchase the card kits and accessory packs for the physical produt line, but if it helps you to get “hooked” on PL, I’ll go with it! I (obviously) use the physical products, but I also have the Project Life app and love it. It is so easy to do pages whilst on the go if you have the app loaded onto your device, and you can link to dropbox and the photos on your device, amongst others, so you can really quickly and easily get your scrapbooking done while waiting for other stuff to happen! I did a few pages the other weekend when we were staying with my in-Law’s and watching the twins! They are not concentration-intensive, so I could scrap and watch the twins happily playing all at the same time! Even better is the fact that you can then export the pages as a jpeg file, and make them into a professionally printed photo book, or just print them at 12×12″ or 8×8″ size and pop them into a page protector and add them to your pocket page album. Easy = done. Love it!
You can also create photo collages to print and add to your album pockets – there are so many options within the system! The Project Life app does come with some page protector layouts and card kits pre-loaded, and then you can expand your collection to suit your wants and needs. I love it! I have not used it half as much as I might like, but that’s the same as a lot of my crafting recently, so that’s life, I guess. At least I have it, and can craft on the go as long as I have my iPad wih me 🙂
Go, get your FREE Project Life App, have a play, and then cave and get all the available Stampin’ Up! card kits you can!! Sadly, they don’t seem to all be available within the app, but there are definitely a few to choose from, as well as the non-SU card kits for which there is even more choice. Today is definitely the day to get your hands on this great tool for quickly and easily getting on top of your memory keeping. Enjoy!
