As promised, here is some inspiration for making some Project Life cards using your Stampin’ Up! supplies, while we wait for news of when we will be able to order the official kits!
These cards use stamps from the Around the World stamp set, and the card on the left which is very hard to make out in this shot is stamped in Basic Gray using the Off the Grid stamp. The images are all stamped in either Basic Gray or Basic Black to be usable with any photographs and pictures.
These cards were also stamped in Basic Gray, using the Perfect Pennants stamp set. I thought they would be ideal for use with photos of my family 🙂
The cards are 7.5cm by 4 inches. Apologies for the mix of units, but it is the best way to get the cards the correct size to fit in the Project Life pockets! The cards are ostensibly 3×4″, but they are slightly less than the 3″ measurement. I will be back with more cards soon, and have two more sets to share with you, which I will try to mix in with other craft inspiration for those who do not wish to partake of the Project Life “craze”!
I hope you like the idea of these cards, and that I have inspired you to think about making your own to supplement the new line of Project Life supplies from Stampin’ Up! I have plans to make a whole raft of these cards using Around the World, Filmstrip and other stamp sets to go with the million photographs I know we will take on our holiday to Spain in June. I’m really looking forward to that! Here’s hoping I will remember to share the pages that result from the crafting time I aim to have to make them.
