Stampin’ Up! Project Life Videos

Hi! Today I have two new Project Life videos for you from Stampin’ Up!

The first is for the Seasonal Snapshot card kit and accessories which are from the Autumn/ Winter seasonal catalogue. This set is not just for Christmas – it has cards in it for back to school, halloween and “fall” (aka autumn!) as well as Winter and Christmas. Enjoy!

The second video is for the Hello December card kit and accessories, which *are* Christmassy through-and-through! If you like Christmas, and metallics, and everything that goes with that, you are going to love this set:

I have already set up my basic album structure, and instead of using the cork number stickers or the metallic stickers in the accessories kit for the Hello December set, I have actually stamped my dates using the Memorable Moments stamp set from the main catalogue. Take a look at the contents of the Hello December accessory pack and tell me this lot isn’t Christmas in a packet:

I love this accessory pack, it has to be my favourite of all the #PLxSU Stampin’ Up Project Life accessory options! Metallic letters and numbers *and* shapes; diecut wooden shapes; acetate photo overlays in 3×4″ size, specialist photo-cards; sequins; stickers; cork numbers – what’s not to like? My favouries have to be the metallic stickers and the acetate cards. So cute! Take a look at the video above if you didn’t watch it already – it shows really well how to use these cute embellishments.

The Hello December card kit and accessories are intended for use to make a daily record of December, showing what you and your family do in the leadup to Christmas and throughout the festive season. As I said previously, I have wanted to do this for years, but I have faith that this year it will actually get done! All thanks to Project Life. I will share the basic album with you shortly, and aim to share the pages with you as they are completed (though there will most likely be a delay before they get on here, due to the logistics of uploading photos at the moment!). I’d love to know what you think, and whether you will be scrapping along throughout December.

Apologies for the lack of posts last week – I had the week off work and spent it with my kids and my husband, making memories and enjoying ourselves. My computer stayed off and I also tried to stay away from the iPad and actually be in the moment with them all. We had a lovely week, and it was great family time and couple time. I took a few photos to add to my scrapbook, so now I just need to make the time to get the pages completed! I plan to share something new with you tomorrow, all being well. Have a great day!

About Katie

Katie has been crafting for most of her life, but has been an Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator since April 2010. Her favourite techniques are rubber stamping, heat embossing and 3D decoupage, mainly applied in card making, but she's also an avid memory keeper! She loves the pocket scrapbooking style as it is quick and easy, and makes memory keeping much more achievable for her than the "traditional" option. She would love to share this with you if you are intrigued!
